For example, the existing low-efficiency treatment facilities such as low-temperature plasma/photocatalysis/photo-oxidation should be transformed into high-efficiency treatment equipment such as zeolite rotor adsorption concentration, RTO, RCO, activated carbon adsorption, etc.; some treatment facilities that do not meet the emission requirements should be improved. In recent years, my country's VOCs treatment technology level has improved significantly, some equipment has reached or is close to the international advanced level, and the treatment technology has gradually matured. The production level of purification materials such as activated carbon/activated carbon fiber and oxidation catalyst has improved significantly; the performance and manufacturing capabilities of zeolite molecular sieves and adsorption resins used for VOCs control have achieved breakthroughs; in terms of process equipment: zeolite runners, RTO/RCO, adsorption recovery devices ( Resin adsorption device, activated carbon moving bed adsorption device, biological purification device, etc.) have achieved breakthroughs and improvements. In terms of process design: the design level of combined purification processes for complex working conditions continues to improve, and the purification process technology routes for key industries are gradually becoming clearer. In order to solve the problem of VOCs treatment of a large number of small and medium-sized pollution sources and realize resource recycling, the "Green Island" project was adopted to coordinate the planning and construction of a centralized activated carbon processing center, a solvent recovery center and a centralized painting center to achieve centralized, efficient and low-carbon treatment of VOCs. Comprehensive treatment using the "green island" treatment model can not only ensure that pollution sources meet emission standards, but also ensure the economic operation of facilities. It has developed rapidly in recent years.
In addition, in the context of collaborative governance of pollution reduction and carbon reduction, industries that use large amounts of solvents such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, lithium batteries, coatings, and printing are paying more attention to solvent recycling.
